What exactly am I buying as a Skillsteq franchisee?

You're licensing a fully branded version of our AI-powered learning platform, complete with onboarding software, roleplay modules, coaching tools, marketing assets, and client installation support. You own the brand and customer relationships — we manage the tech.

Is this a white-label product or a franchise?

It's both. You get a white-label software platform, but it's packaged with business support, marketing tools, and a structured business model — so it operates as a modern, micro-franchise.

Can I choose any industry to target?

Yes. You can operate in any niche you understand — VAs, care workers, onboarding, sales teams, training providers, etc. We only exclude travel, which we manage directly.

Can I operate under my own brand name?

Yes. Your platform is branded entirely under your name, logo, and domain. Clients will see your business — not Skillsteq.

Do I need to build courses myself?

No. Our AI tools turn your client's content into full courses, quizzes, and roleplays. You can use our preloaded tracks or help clients upload their own documents.

Can I have exclusive rights to a niche or region?

Yes — this is available with Premium packages. Regional or niche exclusivity can be discussed during onboarding.

What if I don't have tech experience?

You don't need any. We manage all platform setup, hosting, updates, and support. You focus on selling and onboarding clients.

Do I need a team to run this?

No. Most partners operate solo. The platform is designed to run lean with no staff, trainers, or developers required.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Typically 5–7 working days from sign-up to full demo platform setup.

Can I resell access to other businesses or trainers?

Yes. You can sell the platform to clients under your own pricing and model. You earn from installs and monthly fees.

What is the initial franchise cost?

Franchise packages start at £4,999 and go up to £15,000 depending on the level, niches, and features included.

What do I get for the franchise fee?

You get a fully branded platform, onboarding software, a sales toolkit, demo site, client install system, AI tools, and ongoing updates.

What's the cost per client install?

You pay a flat £1,250 per install to us. You set your own sale price — typically £4,000 to £6,000+ per client.

How much can I charge my clients?

It's up to you. Most partners charge £4K–£6K per install and £299–£499/month in usage fees.

Do I pay monthly platform fees?

You only pay monthly per active install — £199/month per client.

What's my potential monthly income?

It depends on sales volume. 10 clients at £299/month = £2,990 monthly income. Subtract £1,990 in platform fees for a £1,000 monthly margin.

Can I charge clients monthly instead of one-off?

Yes. You can offer a subscription model. In that case, you pay us 20% of monthly revenue per client (minimum £199).

How quickly can I make back my investment?

Most partners make back their license fee within 1–2 client installs.

Are there renewal fees?

No. Franchise licenses renew annually but only require you to meet a sales/revenue minimum (typically 3–5 installs/year or £12K revenue).

Can I upsell other services to my clients?

Yes. You can offer onboarding help, content creation, coaching, branding — anything you choose.

Yes. It automatically generates quizzes and short tests based on uploaded content.

Is roleplay included?

Yes. Clients can build realistic, chat-based roleplay simulations for sales, service, onboarding, and more.

Is the AI coaching feature included?

Yes. The platform includes an AI coach that gives real-time sales or service feedback to learners.

Can clients see learner progress?

Yes. The platform includes analytics and dashboards to track performance and completion rates.

Is the platform mobile friendly?

Does the platform support multiple languages?

Can I access the admin dashboard?

Yes. They can upload their own content, customise modules, and adjust tone, language, and roleplay settings.

Do you help me find clients?

We don't provide leads directly — but you get all the tools to find and convert clients in your chosen niche.

Do I get a demo platform?

Yes. We build a fully functional demo version of your platform with sample content for sales purposes.

Can I white-label proposals and emails?

Yes. All templates are editable and designed for your brand — no Skillsteq branding appears.

What sales support do I get?

We provide a full toolkit: pitch decks, ROI calculator, proposal templates, email sequences, ad copy, and funnel frameworks.

Can I sell outside the UK?

Yes. You can sell globally, though your region/niche may be subject to exclusivity rules if applicable.

Do you offer sales training?

You receive onboarding resources and optional call scripts, but no live sales coaching is provided unless arranged separately.

What happens when I sell a platform?

You fill out an install request, we build it, and it goes live in 5–7 business days. You keep your margin.

Who supports my clients?

You are the main point of contact. However, we support the platform technically, including hosting, uptime, and feature updates.

Can I add custom features for clients?

Not directly. Feature requests can be submitted, but core features are managed centrally for stability.

Can I sell to organisations or training providers?

Yes. Many partners sell to coaching firms, onboarding teams, and training companies who need custom content at scale.

Who handles hosting and platform maintenance?

We do. You never need to worry about uptime, hosting, or updates — it's all included in the install and monthly fee.

Can I manage multiple clients from one dashboard?

Each client has a separate install. You manage them individually via our install management system.

How long does a client install take?

5–7 business days from receipt of the install request form.

Can I operate multiple brands under one license?

One license = one brand. You can operate multiple brands by purchasing multiple licenses or upgrading.

What happens if I stop selling?

If you don't meet minimum activity (typically 3–5 installs/year), your license may not be renewed the following year.

Do I need to be involved in platform delivery?

No. We handle all technical setup and updates. You only manage the sales and client relationship.

Do I need to provide training to my clients?

Not unless you want to. Clients receive onboarding support tools — or you can offer this as a paid service.

Can I hire someone to run the franchise for me?

Yes. You can assign team members admin access or hire support staff under your brand.

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow all required data security and privacy standards under UK and EU regulations.

What if I want to exit or sell my franchise?

We allow transfers by agreement. Reach out to our team if you plan to exit or sell your platform business.
